Chap. CC.— An Act for the benefit of Charles Brown, a soldier of the Revolutionary War. May 29, 1830. *Be it enacted, &c., * That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby,To be placed on pension list. directed to place the name of Charles Brown upon the pension list, at the rate of eight dollars per month, to continue during his natural life; and to commence on the first day of January, in the year one thousand eight hundred and thirty. Approved, May 29, 1830.
