Chap. CC.— An Act for the relief of Arthur H. Henly. May 26, 1824. *Be it enacted, &c., * A credit to be allowed to him. That the proper accounting officers of the treasury department be, and they are hereby, authorized and directed to allow to Arthur H. Henly, heir and representative of the late Colonel David Henly, deceased, a credit of six thousand eight hundred and eighty dollars and thirty-nine cents, the balance which stands to the debit of the said David Henly, deceased, on the books of the treasury department; which said sum shall be in full of all demands against the United States, for the services of the said David Henly, deceased. Approved, May 26, 1824.
