Chap. C.— An Act for the relief of John Dillon. April 20, 1818. *Be it enacted, &c., * $3500 to be refunded to him, received by U. S. from schooner Rochelle. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, directed to pay to John Dillon, or to his assignees, out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated, three thousand five hundred dollars, being the amount received by the United States, under a sentence of condemnation pronounced by the district court of Orleans, against the schooner Rochelle, which sentence has been since reversed by the supreme court of the United States. Approved, April 20, 1818.
