(/us/pl/76/56)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, * Wabash River.Bridge authorized across, near Peru, Ind. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State of Indiana to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Wabash River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near Peru, Indiana, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over [34 Stat. 84](/us/stat/34/84).[33 U. S. C. §§ 491–498](/us/usc/t33/s491/498). navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, April 26, 1939. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the city of Warren, Ohio, to construct, maintain, and operate a free footbridge, and approaches thereto, across the Mahoning River, at a point suitable to the interests 53 Stat. 624 of navigation, at or near Stiles Street Northwest, Warren, Trumbull County, Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges and other structures [34 Stat. 84](/us/stat/34/84).[33 U. S. C. §§ 491–498](/us/usc/t33/s491–498). over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act.
