(/us/pl/76/279)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Deceased veterans of Spanish-American War etc.Widow's, etc., pension effective as of date of death; condition. That notwithstanding any provisions of law or veterans' regulation, awards of death pension shall be effective as of the date of death of the veteran of the Spanish-American War, including the Boxer Rebellion and Philippine Insurrection, if claim is filed within one year after the death of such veteran.

R. 4008](/us/bill/76/hr/4008)][[Public, No. 280](/us/pl/76/280)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Armstrong Military Reservation, Honolulu, T. H.Exchange of lands, between War Department and Department Labor. That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to transfer to the control and jurisdiction of the Secretary of Labor that portion of the Fort Armstrong Military Reservation, Honolulu, Territory of Hawaii, now occupied by the Department of Labor under revocable permit from the Secretary of War dated August 24, 1935, and in exchange therefor the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized to transfer to the control and jurisdiction of the Secretary of War that portion of the adjoining immigration station site now occupied by the War Department under revocable permit from the Secretary of Labor dated September 18, 1935.
