(/us/pvtl/76/215)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryDorothy Elizabeth Sisson.Payment to guardian of. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal guardian of Dorothy Elizabeth Sisson, a minor, of Memphis, Tennessee, the sum of $1,230. The payment of such sum shall be in full settlement of all claims or judgments against the United States, or J.
