(/us/pvtl/76/198)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Secretary Toledo Terminal Railroad Co., Toledo, Ohio.Payment to.of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Toledo Terminal Railroad Company, Toledo, Ohio, the sum of $2,031, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for damages to its Navarre Avenue bridge, Toledo, Ohio, as a result of an accident involving a truck operated in connection with the Works Progress Administration at Toledo, Ohio, on July 7, 1938: *Provided*, That no*Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. part of the amount appropriated in this Act shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim.
Any person violating the provisionsPenalty for violation. of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.
