Allen.Credit allowed in accounts of.General of the United States is hereby authorized and directed to allow credit in the June 1937 and July 1938 accounts of Guy F. Allen, chief disbursing officer, Division of Disbursement, Treasury Department, without charge against the certifying officer of the Department of the Interior, for the following vouchers covering the purchase of tents and canvas:

R. 777](/us/bill/76/hr/777)][[Private, No. 188](/us/pvtl/76/188)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the Banks Banks Business College.Authority granted to bring suit Court of Claims.Business College, a corporation organized in 1885 and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey, and having its principal place of business at Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized to bring suit against the United States of America in the Court of Claims for the purpose of recovering any alleged damages suffered by the said Banks Business College which the Court of Claims may find to be attributable to the United States Government, by reason of the said Banks Business College’s being evicted on January 1, 1918, from the premises which it occupied.
Sec. 2. Jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the Court of ClaimsJurisdiction conferred. of the United States to hear, consider, and determine such action upon its merits, with the view of rendering judgment, if any, in favor of the claimant for any such alleged damages described in section 1. Sec. 3. This Act shall not be interpreted as raising any presumptionInterpretation. or conclusion of fact or law but shall be held solely to provide for trial upon facts as may be alleged.
