C. §§ 765–770](/us/usc/t5/s765–770). amended, the United States Employees’ Compensation Commission be, and the same is hereby, authorized and directed to receive and consider, if filed within six months after the enactment of this Act, the claim of Albert R.
Rinke, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, for disability alleged to have been caused by injuries sustained by him on July 13, 1935, while in the performance of his duties in the employment of the Civilian Conservation Corps.
