That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Missouri River, at or near Rulo, Nebraska, authorized to be built by John C. Mullen, John H. Hutchings, William Shepherd, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, by Act of Congress approved March [47 Stat. 1555](/us/stat/47/1555); [49 Stat. 728](/us/stat/49/728); [50 Stat. 167](/us/stat/50/167).4, 1933, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved August 23, 1935, and May 15, 1937, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 14, 1938.
