(/us/pl/75/549)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the times for Columbia River.Time extended for bridging, at Astoria, Oreg.commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Columbia River at Astoria, Clatsop County, Oregon, authorized to be built by the Oregon-Washington Bridge Board of Trustees by an Act of Congress approved June 13, 1934, as heretofore extended by Acts[48 Stat. 949](/us/stat/48/949); [49 Stat. 1066, 1104](/us/stat/49/1066/1104); [50 Stat. 563](/us/stat/50/563). of Congress approved August 30, 1935, January 27, 1936, and August 5, 1937, are further extended one and three years, respectively, from June 13, 1938.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1938. S. C., Supp. III, §§ 13–131b, 21a](/us/usc/t35/s13–131b/21a). That nothing in the Act approved June 19, 1936 (Public, Numbered 692, Seventy-fourth Congress, second session), known as the Robinson-Patman Antidiscrimination Act, shall apply to purchases of their supplies for their own use by schools, colleges, universities, public libraries, churches, hospitals, and charitable institutions not operated for profit.
