(/us/pl/75/546)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the provisions Kaniksu National Forest, Wash.Lands added.[42 Stat. 465](/us/stat/42/465).[16 U. S. C. § 485](/us/usc/t16/s485).of the Act of March 20, 1922 (U. S. C., title 16, sec. 485), be, and the same are hereby, extended and made applicable to the following-described lands, and such of said lands as are now owned by the United States are hereby given, subject to all valid existing claims and entries under the various land laws of the United States, a national-forest status and shall hereafter be administered as parts of the adjacent Kaniksu National Forest and subject to all laws and regulations relating thereto: **WILLAMETTE MERIDIAN** Township 31 north, range 46 east:

That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Ohio River between Rockport, Indiana, and Owensboro, Kentucky, authorized to be built by the Spencer County Bridge Commission by [48 Stat. 1016](/us/stat/48/1016); [49 Stat. 36, 1199](/us/stat/49/36/1199); [50 Stat. 243](/us/stat/50/243).an Act of Congress approved June 18, 1934, and extended one and three years, respectively, from June 18, 1936, by an Act of Congress approved April 10, 1936, and again extended one and three years, respectively, from June 18, 1937, by an Act of Congress approved June 2, 1937, is again extended one and three years, respectively, from June 18, 1938.
Sec. 2. Amendment The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 26, 1938.
