(/us/pvtl/75/808)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the SecretarySue VanRyn.Payment to. of the Treasury is hereby authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Sue VanRyn, of Marshfield, Wisconsin, the sum of $7,500, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries and property damage sustained by herself, and for the death of her minor daughter, Teresa VanRyn; to the legal guardian of Donald A.
VanRyn, aDonald A. VanRyn.Payment to guardian of. minor, of Marshfield, Wisconsin, the sum of $2,500, in full settlement, of all claims against the United States for personal injuries and 52 Stat. 1434 Margaret Breseman.Payment to estate of.property damage sustained by him; and to the administrator of the estate of Margaret Breseman, deceased, formerly of Marshfield, Wisconsin, the sum of $343, in full settlement of all claims against the United States on account of her death; said injuries, deaths, and property damage having been received in a collision between the automobile in which they were passengers, driven by William A.
VanRyn, and a Civilian Conservation Corps truck, on August 22, 1934, at the intersection of Spencer Road with Wood County Highway*Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. H, near Marshfield, Wisconsin: *Provided,* That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim. It shall be unlawful for any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys to exact, collect, withhold, or receive any sum of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof, on account of services rendered in connection with saidPenalty for violation. claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.

That in the administration of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers William Moseley, who was a member of Company L, Ninth Regiment United States Volunteer Infantry, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that *Proviso*.No back pay, etc.organization on the 25th day of May 1899: *Provided,* That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act.
