(/us/pvtl/75/805)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, John Patrick Toth.Cancelation of order of deportation, etc. That in the administration of the immigration and naturalization laws the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel the warrant of arrest and the order of deportation against John Patrick Toth heretofore issued on the grounds that admission to the United States had Admission deemed lawful.been fraudulently gained, and that he shall hereafter be deemed to have been lawfully admitted to the United States.
