(/us/pvtl/75/799)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Dudley E. Essary.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Dudley E. Essary, of Harrogate, Tennessee, the sum of $253.20, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for losses sustained by him as the result of a Civilian Conservation Corps truck striking and damaging a filling station leased by the said Dudley E. *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.Essary at Cumberland Gap, Tennessee, on December 21, 1933: *Provided,* That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract Penalty for violation.to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved, June 28, 1938. Young, of Evanston, Illinois, the sum of $650 in full settlement of all claims against the United States on account of personal injuries and expenses incident thereto as a result of a collision involving a vehicle of the United States Army at the junction of United States Highways Numbered 41 and 22, in the State of Illinois, on April 2, *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc,, fees.1935: *Provided,* That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
