(/us/pvtl/75/256)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, David B, Monroe.Army reenlistment authorized.[R. S. § 1118](/us/rs/s1118).[10 U. S. C. § 622](/us/usc/t10/s622). That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 1118 of the Revised Statutes, as amended, the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to reenlist in the United States Army David B. Monroe (Army serial number XXXX). now a sergeant, Signal Corps, United States Army, upon the expiration of the present enlistment and upon the expiration of any future enlistment of said David B.

June 25, 1938[[S. 3633](/us/bill/75/s/3633)][[Private, No. 751](/us/pvtl/75/751)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Albin H. Youngquist.Admission deemed lawful. That in the administration of the immigration laws Albin H. Youngquist, a native-born citizen of the United States who involuntarily lost his citizenship at the age of five years by reason of the naturalization of his father as a citizen of Canada, shall be held and considered to have been legally admitted to the United States for permanent residence.52 Stat. 1411 Sec. 2.
Notwithstanding any other provision of law, said Albin H.Naturalization authorized. Youngquist may be naturalized as a citizen of the United States by filing a declaration of intention and taking the oath of allegiance in the manner prescribed in the naturalization laws before any court having jurisdiction of the naturalization of aliens.
