That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Frances M. Heinzelmann, of Kansas City, Missouri, the sum of $3,500, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries received by her when struck by a privately owned motorcycle after its collision with a Government automobile operated by an employee of the office of the Prohibition Administrator, District *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.9, Kansas City, Missouri, on June 9, 1933: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, to exact, collect, withhold, or receive any sum of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof on account of services rendered in connection Penalty for violation.with said claim, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.

That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to Jane Murrah, of San Diego, California, the sum of $2,500 in full settlement of all her claims against the Government of the United States for injuries received by her on the 12th day of May 1932 while leaving the United States ship Algorma when the inboard end of the gangway slipped off the bridge deck causing her to fall to the deck *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.below: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or agents, attorney or attorneys, on account of services rendered in connection with said claim.
