That the Secretary of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay to Harvey Robinson and Carrie Robinson, of Magnolia, Mississippi, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $2,500 on account of the death of their son, Leon Robinson, on March 2, 1934, by reason of injuries received by him when struck by a Civilian Conservation Corps ambulance in the town of Summit, *Proviso*.Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.Mississippi: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, Penalty for violation.any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.

Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. Approved, June 23, 1938. That sections 15 to 20, both inclusive, of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes”, approved52 Stat. 1385 September 7, 1916, are hereby waived in favor of J.

Anse Little, of Mize, Mississippi, and the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized and directed to receive and consider his claim under the remaining provisions of such Act, as extended and limited by the Act of February 15, 1934 (48 Stat. 351), for loss of his left leg[48 Stat. 351](/us/stat/48/351).[5 U. S. C. § 796; Supp. III, § 796](/us/usc/t5/s796). allegedly due to injury sustained in January 1934, in the course of his employment as a laborer on a Civil Works Administration project in Smith County, Mississippi, but only if he files such claim with theTime for filing claim.
