(/us/pvtl/75/621)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That in the administrationAlbert Richard Jeske.Issuance of Immigration visa to, authorized. of the immigration laws, relating to the issuance of immigration visas for admission to the United States for permanent residence and relating to admissions at ports of entry of aliens as immigrants for permanent residence in the United States, the provisions of section 3 of the Immigration Act of 1917 (39 Stat. 875), as amended[39 Stat. 878](/us/stat/39/878).[8 U. S. C. § 136 (e)](/us/usc/t8/s136/e).
(U. S. C., title 8, sec. 136 (e)), which exclude from admission into the United States “persons who have been convicted of or admit having committed a felony, or other crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude”, shall not hereafter be held to apply to Albert Richard Jeske, who is the husband of Martha Jeske, an American citizen, on account of offenses alleged to have been committed in connection with obtaining a passport for admission to the United States. If he is found otherwise admissible under the immigration laws an immigration visa may be issued and admission granted to Albert Richard Jeske under this Act upon application hereafter filed.

Penalty for violation.Any person violating the provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000.
