Payment to. of the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the Consolidated Aircraft Coloration the sum of $92,993.40 in full settlement of all claims against the United States for additional costs incurred by such corporation in the performance of a contract with the Department of War dated February 27, 1933 (contract numbered *Proviso.* Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.

Payment to guardian of. the Treasury be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, to the legal guardian of Ruth Rule, a minor, of Grove, Oklahoma, the sum of $3,500, in full settlement of all claims against the United States for personal injuries sustained by her on April 3, 1936, when the automobile in which she was riding was driven into an unguarded excavation made by Works Progress Administration employees in connection with the WPA project 1-466-H, in Delaware County, *Proviso.* Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees.
