Barker.Provisions of Employees’ Compensation Act extended to. That notwithstanding the provisions and limitations of sections 15 to 20, both inclusive, of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties and for other purposes”, approved September[39 Stat. 746, 747](/us/stat/39/746/747).[5 U. S. C. §§ 765–770](/us/usc/t5/s765–770). 7, 1916, as amended, the United States Employees’ Compensa-52 Stat. 1271tion Commission is hereby authorized and directed to receive and consider, if filed within six months after the approval of this Act, the claim of Lynn E.
Barker, of Crandon, Wisconsin, for disability alleged to have been incurred by him on or about July 11, 1934, while in the employment of the Bureau of Fisheries, Department of Commerce, at La Crosse, Wisconsin, and to determine said claim upon its merits under the provisions of said Act: *Provided*, That no benefits*Proviso.*No prior benefits. shall accrue prior to the approval of this Act.
