(/us/pvtl/75/412)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* J. L. Myers.Payment to. That the Secretary of the Treasury is authorized and directed to pay, out of any money in the Treasury allocated by the President for the maintenance and operation of the Civilian Conservation Corps, to J. L. Myers, Texarkana, Texas-Arkansas, the sum of $113.50. Such sum shall be in full satisfaction against the United States for the actual medical and other expenses incurred by the said J.
L. Myers on account of personal injuries received by him, his wife, and minor son when his automobile was in collision, near Searcy, Arkansas, on December 31, 1935, with a truck in the service of the Civilian Conservation Corps: *Provided*, That no part of the amount appropriated in this Act in*Proviso.*Limitation on attorney’s, etc., fees. excess of 10 per centum thereof shall be paid or delivered to or received by any agent or attorney on account of services rendered in connection with this claim, and the same shall be unlawful, any contract to the contrary notwithstanding.
Any person violating thePenalty for violation. provisions of this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not exceeding $1,000. That jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon the United States District Court for the Northern District of California to hear, determine, and render judgment upon any suit in equity brought by Theodore Fieldbrave against the United States for the purpose of setting aside the default decree of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California rendered August 9, 1924, canceling the certificate of naturalization of such Theodore Fieldbrave. Sec. 2. Such suit in equity may be instituted at any time withinTime limitation for instituting suit. six months after the enactment of this Act, notwithstanding the lapse of time or any statute of limitations.
Proceedings for the determinationProceedings. of any such suit shall be had and appeals from any judgment or decree entered therein shall be taken in the same manner as in the case of suits in equity over which such court has jurisdiction under paragraph
