Y.Appropriation authorized for reconstruction expenses.*Post*, p. 452. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $54,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary for the purpose of reconstructing at Fort Niagara, New York, the building known as officers’ quarters, mess hall, and assembly rooms, which was destroyed by fire in January 1936.
