C. § 149](/us/usc/t28/s149). entitled “An Act providing for the establishment of a term of the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of Florida, at Orlando, Florida”, approved June 15, 1933, be, and the same is hereby, amended by adding at the end thereof the following proviso, to wit :
“*Provided further*, That nothing in this Act shall be construed to prevent the provision of quarters for the officers of said court and appropriate courtrooms for the holding of the sessions of said court in any new Federal building which may be constructed in Orlando, Florida.” Approved, April 27, 1937.
