(/us/pl/75/228)] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Judicial Code, amendment.Accommodations for holding court at Columbia, Tenn.[28 U. S. C. § 188](/us/usc/t28/s188). That the second proviso of section 107, as amended, of the Judicial Code (U. S, C., 1934 edition, title 28, sec. 188) is amended by striking out the period at the end of said proviso, and adding the following: “until, subject to the recommendation of the Attorney General of the United States with respect to providing such rooms and accommodations for holding court at Columbia, a public building shall have been erected or other Federal space provided for court purposes in said city.

Y.Survey directed for flood control.[49 Stat. 1570](/us/stat/49/1570).[33 U. S. C., Supp. II, 701a–702k](/us/usc/t33/s701a–702k). That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized and directed to cause a preliminary examination and survey to be made of Cayuga, Buffalo, and Cazenovia Creeks, New York, with a view to the control of their floods, in accordance with the Flood Control Act approved June 22, 1936, the cost thereof to be paid from appropriations heretofore or hereafter made for such purposes.
