S. C. § 193](/us/usc/t28/s193).
That the second sentence of section 112 of the Judicial Code (U. S. C., 1934 ed., title 28, sec. 193) is amended to read as follows: “The eastern district shall include the territory embraced on the first day of July, nineteen hundred and ten, in the counties of Spokane, Stevens, Ferry, Okanogan, Chelan, Grant, Douglas, Lincoln, Adams, and Whitman, with the waters thereof, including all Indian reservations within said counties, which shall constitute the northern division; also the territory embraced on the date last mentioned in the counties of Asotin, Garfield, Columbia, Franklin, Walla Walla, Benton, Klickitat, Indian reservations within, included.Kittitas, and Yakima with the waters thereof, including all Indian reservations within said counties, which shall constitute the southern division of said district.
