[5 U.S.C. §§765–770](/us/usc/t5/s765/770). of time in sections 15 to 20, both inclusive, of the Act entitled “An Act to provide compensation for employees of the United States suffering injuries while in the performance of their duties, and for other purposes”, approved September 7, 1916, as amended, are hereby waived in favor of Edmond G.
Warren, of Kearns Canyon, Arizona, and the Employees’ Compensation Commission is hereby authorized and directed to receive and consider his claim, if filed within six months from the approval of this Act, for disability alleged to have been sustained in the performance of his duties as principal of the United States Indian Service Boarding School, Chin Lee, Arizona, in Slay 1928: *Provided,* That no benefits shall accrue *Proviso.* No prior benefits. prior to the approval of this Act.

Claim of, referred to Court of Claims. Grier-Lowrance Construction Company, Incorporated, for losses and damages under contract numbered AMB 28, dated May 18, 1929, for the construction of the foundation for the several structures or the Arlington Memorial Bridge project be, and the same is hereby, referred to the United States Court of Claims with jurisdiction to hear the same to judgment, said claim to be adjudicated upon the basis of all losses or damages suffered by the said company duly found to be due to acts of the Government or delays caused by the Government or subsurface conditions unknown to the contractor and not disclosed by the Government before contract was entered into, notwithstanding any lapse of time or any provisions of the statute of limitations: *Provided,* That suit hereunder is instituted *Proviso.* Commencement of suit. within four months from the approval of this Act.
