That, notwithstanding the provisions of section 1118, Revised Statutes, the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to reenlist in the United States Army Robert L. Summers, Medical Department, Fort Sill, Oklahoma, at the expiration of the said Robert L.
Summers’ present period of enlistment on November 12, 1937, and on such future dates as the said Robert L. Summers may make application for reenlistment. Approved, August 25, 1937.
