Pemberton.License to practice chiropractic in the District of Columbia. any limitation relating to the time within which an application for a license must be filed the Commission on Licensure to Practice the Healing Art in the District of Columbia is authorized and directed to issue a license to practice chiropractic in the District of Columbia to Doctor Russell V.
Pemberton in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Congress entitled “An Act to regulate the practice of the[45 Stat. 1335](/us/stat/45/1335). healing art to protect the public health in the District of Columbia”, approved February 27, 1929, and on condition that the said Russell V.
