License to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia.any limitation relating to the time within which an application for a license must be filed, the Commission on Licensure to Practice the Healing Art in the District of Columbia is authorized and directed to issue a license to practice the healing art in the District of Columbia to Doctor William Justin Olds, Front Royal, Virginia, in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of section 24 of the Healing [45 Stat. 1334](/us/stat/45/1334).Arts Practice Act, District of Columbia, 1928.
