That notwithstanding any limitations relating to the time required to be engaged in the practice of optometry as set forth in the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the practice of optometry”, District of Columbia, 1924, the Board of Optometry in and for the District of Columbia is authorized and directed to hold an examination for a license to practice optometry in the District of Columbia for Welton B.
