Chap. LXXIX.— An Act granting to the judges of the supreme court of Iowa the same compensation as by law is given to the judges of the supreme court of Wisconsin. March 3, 1839. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That from and afterAct of April 20, 1836, ch. 34, sec. 11. the commencement of the next quarter, after the passage of this act, the judges of the supreme court of the Territory of Iowa shall receive the same salary as is now received by the judges of the Territory of Wisconsin.
