III.— An Act *to amend the act establishing a district court of the United States at Wheeling, Virginia.*(*a*)(*a*) See notes of the acts relating to the District Courts of Virginia, vol. 3, 479.Jan. 20, 1843. *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That hereafter two Hereafter two annual terms to be hold.annual terms of the district court for the western district of Virginia be holden at the city of Wheeling, commencing on the twenty-fifth March and the twenty-fifth of October, in lieu of the one term of the said district court now directed to be held at Wheeling. Approved, January 20, 1843.
