(/us/pl/74/92).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Rainy River.Authority for bridging, at Baudette, Minn., revived.Vol. 47, p. 62. That the Act approved March 8, 1932, authorizing Vernon W. O’Connor, his heirs, legal representatives, and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Rainy River, at or near Baudette, *Proviso*.Time limitations.Minnesota, be, and the same is hereby, revived and reenacted: *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, June 4, 1935. North Carolina may bridge, at Old Pireway Ferry Crossing. That the consent of Congress is hereby granted to the State Highway Commission of North Carolina to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across Waccamaw River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, about two miles east of the Old Pireway Ferry Crossing, in the counties of Columbus and Construction. Vol. 34, p. 84.Brunswick, State of North Carolina, in accordance with the provisions of an Act entitled “An Act to regulate the construction of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906.
