That the Secretary of Commerce be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to transfer to the control and jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior as an addition to the Acadia National Park, established Vol. 40, p. 1178; Vol, 45, p. 1083.under the Act of February 26, 1919 (40 Stat. 1178), and Acts supplemental thereto, all that tract of land containing eight hundred 313and twenty acres, more or less, with improvements thereon if any, comprising the abandoned Green Lake Fish Cultural Station, in Hancock County, Maine, said tract being no longer needed for fish-cultural purposes: *Provided*, That such action shall be in full*Proviso*.
Outstanding leases, permits, etc., recognized. recognition of any outstanding lease, license, or permit, affecting said land. Approved, May 29, 1935.
