That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Waccamaw River at Conway, South Carolina, authorized to be Vol. 48, p. 55; Vol. 47, p. 42; *Post*, p. 1251.built by the State of South Carolina, by an Act of Congress approved February 10, 1932, heretofore extended by an Act of Congress approved May 12, 1933, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
