(/us/pl/74/743).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled*,Missouri eastern and western judicial districts.Additional judge authorized for. That the President is authorized to appoint, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, one additional United States district judge, who shall be an additional district judge for the eastern and western districts of Missouri. The judge so appointed shall at the time of his appointment be a resident and citizen of the State of Missouri.
