That the Secretary of War is hereby authorized to direct the training and attendance of personnel and animals of the Regular Army as participants in the *Provisos.*Expenses charged to Army appropriations.Eleventh Olympic Games: *Provided*, That all expenses incident to training, attendance, and participation in the Eleventh Olympic Games, including the use of such supplies, material, and equipment as in the opinion of the Secretary of War may be necessary, may be charged to the appropriations for the support of the Army:
Allowance not to be exceeded.*Provided further*, That applicable allowances which are or may be fixed by law or regulations for participation in other military activities shall not be exceeded. That the Secretary of Commerce is hereby authorized to convey to the city of Grand Haven, State of Michigan, for use for street purposes, certain portions of the Grand Haven Lighthouse Reservation, Michigan, which are not required to be retained for lighthouse purposes. The Secretary of Commerce shall describe by metes and bounds in the deed of Reversionary provision.conveyance the exact portions of the reservation transferred. The deed of conveyance shall also contain a provision that should the city of Grand Haven, State of Michigan, cease to use the property for the purpose for which it is conveyed, title thereto shall revert to the United States.
Sec. 2. Rights, etc., reserved. The United States reserves the rights-of-way over, underground, or across the area to be transferred for any use whatsoever in conducting the Lighthouse Service or other activities of the Government, and, further reserves the right to be furnished by the city of Grand Haven, any and all services, conveniences, and utilities at established rates, such as transportation, gas or electric lighting facilities, water connections and sewer connections, and such other utilities as may be installed in the vicinity of and accessible to the reservation.
