Vol. 47, pp. 290, 903; Vol. 48, p. 395. heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved February 20, 1931, June 9, 1932, February 24, 1933, and March 5, 1934, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from June 10, 1935. C., title 18, sec. 641) is amended by adding thereto the following sentence: "“The District Court of the Territory of Alaska shall be deemed a court of the United States, and the commissioners appointed by the judges of the said District Court of the Territory of Alaska under the provisionsStatus of District Court; of commissioners.Vol. 31, p. 324. of title I, chapter 1, section 6, of the Act of June 6, 1900 (31 Stat.
