(/us/pl/74/580).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, Fort Douglas Military Reservation, Salt Lake City, Utah.Utah Pioneer Trails and Landmarks Association may construct, etc., monument on. That the Secretary of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue a permit, under regulations to be prescribed by him, to the Utah Pioneer Trails and Landmarks Association to construct and maintain on the Fort Douglas Military Reservation, Utah, a suitable monument, including roadway and footpath thereto, to commemorate the site where Brigham Young, Mormon pioneer leader, on July 24, 1847, declared Approval of location and plans.No Government expense, etc.“This is the place”, the location and plans to be approved by the Secretary of War, and all work to be done without expense to the United States and under such military supervision as is deemed advisable by him.

Y.Acquisition by donation of certain land for public purposes, authorized. of War be, and he is hereby, authorized to acquire by donation approximately two hundred and thirty-six acres of land at or near Newburgh, in Orange County, New York, for aviation field, military, or other public purposes: *Provided*, That in the event the*Proviso*.Condemnation authorized. donor is unable to perfect title to any land tendered as a donation, condemnation of such land is authorized in the name of the United States, and payment of any and all awards for title to such land as is condemned, together with the cost of suit, shall be made by the donor.
