(/us/pl/74/561).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of American in Congress assembled*, That the SecretaryRed and Little Rivers, Ark.Survey directed for controlling floods of. of War is authorized and directed to cause a preliminary examination to be made of the Red and Little Rivers, Arkansas, insofar as Little River affects Little River and Sevier Counties, Arkansas, to determine the feasibility of leveeing Little River and the cost of such improvement, and also the estimated cost of repairing and strengthening the levee on Red River in Little River County, with a view to the control of floods, in accordance with the provisions of section 3 of an Act entitled “An Act to provide forthe controlVol. 39, p. 950.[U.
