That the times for commencing and completing the construction of a bridge across the Wabash River, at or near Merom, Sullivan County, Indiana, authorized to be built by Sullivan County, Indiana, or any board or commission of said county which is or may be created or Vol. 47, p. 44; Vol. 48, p. 654; *Ante*, p. 429.established for the purpose, by an Act of Congress approved February 10, 1932, heretofore extended by Acts of Congress approved April 30, 1934, and June 28, 1935, are hereby further extended one and three years, respectively, from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. Amendment. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is hereby expressly reserved. Approved, May 1, 1936. Sec. 2. Section 19
