(/us/pl/74/543).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the ActWest Pearl River.Authority for bridging, at Talisheek, La., revived, etc.Vol. 46, p. 766. approved June 17, 1930, granting the consent of Congress to the Lamar Lumber Company, its successors and assigns, to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge and approaches thereto across the West Pearl River, at or near Talisheek, Louisiana, be, and is hereby, revived and reenacted: *Provided*, That this Act shall be null and*Proviso*.Time limitation. void unless the actual construction of the bridge herein referred to be commenced within one year and completed within three years from the date of approval hereof.
Sec. 2. The right to alter, amend, or repeal this Act is herebyAmendment. expressly reserved. Approved, May 1, 1936.
