(/us/pl/74/372).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled*, That the consentSusquehanna River.Bridge authorized across, at Wyalusing, Pa. of Congress is hereby granted to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to construct, maintain, and operate a free highway bridge and approaches thereto across the Susquehanna River, at a point suitable to the interests of navigation, at or near the Borough of Wyalusing, and between Wyalusing and Terry Townships, Bradford County, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in accordance with the provisions of the Act entitled “An Act to regulate the constructionConstruction.Vol. 34, p. 84; [U.
S. C., p. 147](/us/usc/p147). of bridges over navigable waters”, approved March 23, 1906, and subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this Act. Sec. 2.
