Act creating the Cairo Bridge Commission and authorizing said Commission and its successors to construct, maintain, and operate a bridge across the Ohio River at or near Cairo, Illinois”, approved April 13, 1934, are hereby extended one and three years, respectively, from April 13, 1935.
