That subdivision “Eighth” of section 4 of the Act of June 29, 1906, entitled “An Act to establish a Bureau of Immigration and Naturalization and to provide a uniform rule for the naturalization of aliens throughout the United States”, as amended by section 1 of the Act entitled “An Act to amend the naturalization laws and to repeal certain sections of the Revised Statutes of the United States and other laws relating to naturalization, and for other purposes”, approved May 9, 1918 (U.
