S. C., p. 992](/us/usc/p992).of the United States Revised Statutes, as amended, be further amended by adding at the end of said section a new sentence reading as follows: “Persons who were members of the Cabinet of the President of the United States at any time during the period between April 6, 1917, and November 11, 1918, may be buried in any national *Proviso*.Interment without Federal expense.cemetery: *Provided*, That the interment is without cost to the United States.
