Funds for public school construction, authorize. *Post*, p. 584. hereby authorized to be appropriated, from any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $50,000 for the purpose of cooperating with the Round Valley Union High School District Board of School Trustees, town of Covelo, and County of Mendocino, California, for construction of a new public high-school plant at Covelo, California: *Provided*, That the expenditure of any money so*Provisos*.
Attendance of Indian pupils. appropriated shall be subject to the express conditions that the school maintained by the said school district in the said building shall be available to all Indian children on the same terms, except as to payment of tuition, as other children of said school district: *Provided further*, That such expenditures shall be subject to such furtherLimitation on expenditures. conditions as may be prescribed by the Secretary of the Interior. Dak. Funds for public-school construction, authorized. *Post*, p. 584. That there is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of $125,000 for the purpose of cooperating with the public-school board of Shannon County, South Dakota, for the construction and equipment of a consolidated public high-school building, at Pine Ridge, South Dakota: *Provided*,*Proviso*.
Attendance of Indian pupils. That said school shall be conducted for both white and Indian children without discrimination, and that practical training for vocations and home economics be provided, and that the cost ofTuition of white children. education of white children shall be defrayed by the State and local public-school authorities, in accordance with such agreement or agreements as may be made between the Secretary of the Interior and State or local officials, and any and all sums or money obtained by reason of such agreement or agreements shall be available for reexpenditure for support and maintenance of said school.
