(/us/pvt/74/57).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Angelo J. Gillotti. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Angelo J. Gillotti, who was a member of Battery D, Seventy-sixth Regiment United States Field Artillery, shall hereafter be held and considered to have been honorably discharged from the military service of the United States as a member of that organization on the 4th day of November 1924: *Provided,* *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.
That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, June 3, 1935. For the relief of E. F. R. 4708](/us/bill/74/hr/4708).][[Private, No. 58](/us/pvt/74/58).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That the E. F. E. F. Droop and Sons Company. Existing corporation made perpetual. Droop and Sons Company, a corporation incorporated under the general laws of the District of Columbia April 27, 1904, shall continue as an existing corporation, and that the term of existence of 2068said corporation shall be made perpetual upon complying with the requirements of section 2 of this Act.
Conditions. Sec. 2. That the said E. F. Droop and Sons Company shall file with the Recorder of Deeds of the District of Columbia a certificate similar to that required by subchapter 4 of chapter XVIII, of the Code of the District of Columbia approved March 3, 1901, as amended, in respect to increase or diminution of capital stock, and pay to the Recorder of Deeds of the District of Columbia the fee to which he would be entitled if such corporation were newly organized.
