(/us/pvt/74/50).] *Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,* That in the administration Harry B. Walmsley. Military record corrected. of any laws conferring rights, privileges, and benefits upon honorably discharged soldiers Harry B. Walmsley, formerly in the Medical Department, First Cavalry, United States Army, shall hereafter be held and considered to have received a full honorable discharge from the military service of the United States on July 9, 1926: *Provided,* *Proviso.* No back pay, etc.
That no bounty, back pay, pension, or allowance shall be held to have accrued prior to the passage of this Act. Approved, May 31, 1935. For the relief of Angelo J.
